Content Creative (Social Media Content Creation and Graphic Design)
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Content Creative (Social Media Content Creation and Graphic Design) is responsible for how The Paper Bunny looks, feels, and is experienced across every digital and retail touchpoint in the Philippines. This is a maker's role first — someone who creates, shoots, edits, and designs content daily, with a sharp eye for aesthetic, detail, and trends.
This person will work closely with The Paper Bunny’s global team to produce content that is in line with our brand direction — ensuring every post, asset, and in-store material is aligned with the brand aesthetic and branding, relevant locally but always elevated and high quality.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to: Brand Manager
Key Partners: Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Warehouse, External Creatives; works closely with the TPB regional creative team to stay aligned with global brand direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation (Primary Focus)
- Conceptualize, create, shoot, and edit original content — photo, video, and graphics — that lives up to TPB's aesthetic and creative benchmark.
- Produce a steady, high-quality output for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, hands-on rather than purely directing others.
- Translate global campaigns and product launches into content that feels local but stays true to the global brand identity.
- Style and art-direct shoots (products, flatlays, in-store, lifestyle), with strong instincts for composition, light, and detail.
- Stay genuinely fluent in culture and platform trends, moving quickly to create relevant, on-brand content while filtering out anything that doesn't fit TPB.
Graphic Design & Brand Assets
- Design and localize marketing materials including POSMs, EDMs, website graphics, and retail digital and print assets.
- Translate campaign themes into cohesive visual executions across online and offline channels.
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines while holding a consistently high aesthetic standard.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital deployment.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Plan and run content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and retail initiatives.
- Maintain consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all platforms.
- Manage community engagement and support giveaway or digital activation mechanics when needed.
- Track performance and use insights to sharpen future content — without letting metrics override craft and taste.
Brand Consistency & Collaboration
- Maintain visual consistency across social, website, email, and physical retail.
- Work cross-functionally so campaigns translate seamlessly across every touchpoint.
- Uphold TPB's design integrity while bringing fresh, considered ideas.
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES
- A portfolio that demonstrates a keen ability to create high quality, elevated and design led content.
- Proven hands-on content creation: shooting, editing, and designing, not just strategizing or briefing others.
- An exceptional eye for aesthetic, detail, typography, layout, and composition.
- Genuinely plugged into culture and trends, with the judgment to know what fits TPB and what doesn't.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and mobile-first content tools (CapCut, Lightroom, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok as creative platforms.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and produce consistently to deadline.
