What is Club TPB?

Club TPB is a free-to-join rewards programme. Accumulate points as you shop with us and use them to unlock rewards, gifts and members-only events.

How do I join Club TPB?

Create your Club TPB account here to start earning points and exploring your rewards!

I had an account with The Paper Bunny before Club TPB launched. Do I need to create a new account to join Club TPB?

You may use the same account details to log into Club TPB.

Members who had an account with us on the global site may reactivate their accounts and sign in to the Philippines site with the same details.

Does my membership with Club TPB expire?

Your membership with us is free and does not have an expiry date.

How do I earn points?

Sign in to your Club TPB account before checking out to earn points from your order. Please note that purchases made via guest checkout do not earn points.

Earn points when you make an order through our Philippines site (every ₱50 = 1 point).

When will I see the points I earned reflected on my account?

Points earned from an order should be reflected on your Club TPB account after it has been fulfilled.

What is the point currency?

The point currency is ₱50:1 point. The number of points earned corresponds to the dollars spent. For example, 50 points will be earned for ₱50.50 spent.

How long are my points valid for?

Every point has a validity of 6 months from the date it was earned. For example, 100 points earned from a purchase on 1 January 2024 will expire on 1 June 2024. Additionally, every purchase made extends the validity of your current total number of points for 6 months.

Please note that the points earned from online orders will be credited when an order is fulfilled and will be valid for 6 months from its date of fulfilment.

Do I earn points from orders made before Club TPB went live?

Only orders made after 6 Aug 2024 will accumulate points on your Club TPB account.

What can I do with my earned points?

Your points can be redeemed for Rewards via the Club TPB widget or landing page.

Club TPB rewards are constantly refreshed and renewed to include the following:

• TPB Shopping Vouchers
• Free Shipping Vouchers
• TPB Branded Merchandise

Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?

Points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non-transferable.

How can I update my details?

You may update your details via the steps below:
1. Click on the Account icon on the top-right side of our website
2. Click on 'View Addresses'
3. Click on 'Edit'

If you'd like to change your email address, please submit a request to us at contact@thepaperbunny.com and we'll respond within 5 business days.

I'm facing issues with redeeming my rewards and require assistance.

2. The reward that you're looking to redeem along with a screenshot of any error message

I accidentally redeemed a reward, can I reverse this redemption?

We're sorry about that. Unfortunately, we're unable to reverse this process and recommend utilising the reward during its validity period.

What is the validity of Club TPB rewards?

The validity of each reward may differ, please click on the info icon () to find the validity of each reward. Some rewards may only be available in limited quantities, whilst stocks last.

What happens if I return my purchase?

If points were earned from making the purchase, the respective points will be taken off your balance after your return has been processed.

Depending on the value of the item exchanged, points will be added, deducted or remain depending on the value of the new item exchanged for.

How do I delete my Club TPB membership?

We're sorry to see you go and you're always welcome to join Club TPB again! Please submit a request to delete your account at contact@thepaperbunny.com and our team will respond within 5 business days.
